Fox-32 Chicago TV: New Illinois Law Requires Adults in Schools to Report Sexual Abuse

Sexual abuse goes heavily unreported due to the sensitive nature of the topic. Faith's Law now requires adults that work in schools to report any evidence of sexual misconduct. Educators undergo training to know what to look for, such as grooming tactics. Data shows that 1 in 10 children will be sexually abused by an educator or staff member.
