Leadership
TANIA HAIGH, Executive Director
Tania Haigh is a passionate advocate for protecting children from predators. As the co-founder of KIDS TOO (formerly known as PAXA), Tania, from personal experience, realized the need for solutions to complexities in the Education sector.
As a result of her efforts, KIDS TOO has experienced legislative success through the passage of Faith’s Law; developed resources to educate parents; and raised awareness through a range of media outlets like WGN, NPR, Univision and the Chicago Tribune.
Tania also serves as a Substitute Teacher in the Chicagoland area which provides her continued knowledge of what students, parents and educators are navigating in schools.
Tania’s success delivering results and making an impact has been consistent in her 20+ year as a Marketing professional and Entreprenuer. Her results-driven philosophy served her well with organizations such as McDonald’s USA and Nutella. She is also the founder of TEDxOakPark. Her work included curating content, coaching speakers and producing sold-out events. Tania’s commitment to keep children safe and personal experience are what fuels both her advocacy and KIDS TOO’s long-term success.
